We just finished up a kitchen renovation, and it was completed beautifully in under a month! Trent worked with us from start to finish, planning with us for a long time so that the renovation would be exactly what we wanted with as little interruptions to the schedule he'd laid out as possible. Especially great for us as new homeowners going through our first renovation, as Trent was knowledgeable, took time to answer any questions we had, and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. A real focus on quality, and on ensuring we were making the best decisions for our home. Our house is an old character home which can sometimes come with some surprises, and Trent was awesome at creative problem solving so the project could stay on track! I would definitely recommend working with Trent for any renovation project!

Trent and his Team are Fantastic! I now understand why he is always on the GO! Trent and I did the initial walk-through and discussed options. He noticed things I hadn't (or hadn't dealt with - including repairs), and the plan was in place! In short order, we were selecting flooring, lighting, and he (at my request because he has a great eye) took care of visualizing the shower and custom tile surround beautifully! He is definitely creative and has the ability to suggest a few extra touches to make things look impressive (while we're changing things anyway) that most of us wouldn't even think of doing! He definitely has great taste! I am very impressed by his Project Management skills, and how much he cares. He continually popped in throughout each phase of the project to ensure I was happy and that things were going as planned. He really pays attention to detail, and doesn't forget anything - even the tiny things. His trades are professional, hard-working, respectful, and really care about doing a great job (like Trent). Trent just takes care of everything for you, offers you unique options to choose from, and does the leg-work and time-consuming stuff that most of us don't have the knowledge, background or the time to do. After 2+ years of working mostly from home and looking at everything that needed to be done around here 24/7, I went from weiners to steak in short order thanks to Trent. I appreciate the great job he did - several times/day - every single day. Life Changing!

Trent and the contractors he worked with were informative and offered options through the project (replacement of sewer&water pipes, weeping tile, repairs to foundation and waterproofing of foundation) so I believe pricing and services were always fair.
Crew were polite and kept site clean daily taking the time to discuss progress at any time. Project was completed well ahead of schedule. Trent also kept tabs with contractors and myself throughout to ensure everyone was on task/understood and avoid any drift to project. Extremely pleased with the process and outcome and would use his services again.

I just wanna say, what an EXCEPTIONAL job that home insight did to my roof, gutters and siding. They went above and beyond what you ask of them. I don’t even know where to begin. This is the fourth job Home Insight has done for us. Basement foundation bracing, done from inside. Trent is a dream to work with and his crew are so friendly and helpful. Always punctual and always a heads up from Trent. Trent is a master at making every attempt to keep costs down and stay on budget. We received copies of all materials invoices and inspection reports. Another great job done! Thanks, Trent!
