Question: How does this work? Answer if you already have a card: Simple, go to the parent offers page, select a service, call and get an estimate or quote and let them know you are a smart home solutions valid card holder, if you accept the quote you will receive 5% off with your valid smart card. Answer if you don’t have a card. : Go to the smart partner offer area, select an item, call get a quote or estimate, if you’d like to receive 5% off purchase the card and book the work. Present the valid card and receive 5% off.
Question: What if I have lost or misplaced my card? Answer: No problem, contact us and we will reissue you a card, a $35.00 admin fee will apply.
Question: How do I use the card to receive a discount? Answer: Simply let the selected partner know you have a valid smart card when booking, they will make arrangements on your billing by requesting their employee to either see the cards or send a picture of it to them.
Question: Is it possible to receive a refund on the card? Answer: No, the card gives access to a 1 year premium membership and can be used for any one of the services offered as often as you wish. When it’s purchased it is valid for the address selected for 1 year before renewal can be purchased. If you sell your home you can sell it with the card or transfer the remainder months of your card to your new address. A $35.00 admin fee will be required.
